A dream come true! My avatar, Chino Yalin now look so good, handsome and very asian. Thanks to these free lindens, I don’t look like a newbie. Especially that no one wants to have sex with a noob! LOL

Very western and not original right? I look handsome back then but not so unique and stylish.

But look at me now…

Of course, I’m the guy in the picture. Around me is Adriana Alonzo, Gesicht Reifsnider and last but not the least, my wife, Cynara Cortes. Cool huh? See! I look so handsome and very stylish. Thanks to Cynara for customizing my shape, giving suggestions on what will look good on me and most of all, motivating me to look good. BUT MOST OF ALL, I can’t just customize myself without money, without linden dollars.

So thanks to First Opinions Panel, Earn2Life, Linksoapbox and World Stock Exchange for making noobs like me look good.

LOL this article is amusing ^_^ But it's true and I'm surprised that there arn't more good looking (or even) male avatars out there. As a designer it's very frustrating because I want to design my avatar to be beautiful but to do so you need $$$! Gah ~_~ it's such a never-ending paradox..

What's important is the person behind the avatar. Real beauty is behind the avie! The phrase "No one wants to have sex with a noob!" just confirms the fact that many residents discriminate newbies or those that looks like newbies. I for one had experienced such discrimination.

I visit Second Life to look around the beautiful things people have created and hopefully meet new people and not to make a career out of it but with my newbie look (wearing freebies) many residents think I'm just another griefer and/or freeloader (no payment info on file) and it sucks.

I don't want to spend anything in this game since I don't spend much time in it. Tell, me is that a crime? And I'm happy with the way my character looks but like I've said many residents like to judge people by the way they look in-world, even in real life it happens.

"No one wants to have sex with a noob!" that's why many newbies leave the game just as fast (it's not about having sex but being accepted generally).
