Earn Free Lindens – September 2007 Report

I haven’t done this for quite a while but I think, how much I earn or make money in Second Life is important to some. (especially for those who wants to earn as much as I do ) So here’s how the month of making money and earning free lindens went for me.

The earnings breakdown

I’ll arrange the earnings by how much I got for each week.

First Opinions Panel : 9000L$ + 4000L$ + 9000L$ + 8000L$ = 30,000L$

SlamX : 600L$ + 5816L$ (as of this posting) = 6416L$

Earn2Life : 1200L$ + 500L$ + 760L$ + 910L$ = 3310L$

ReviewMe : 5 Reviews = 300$ USD / 60,000L$ lindens

Advertising : 55$ Google Ads + 24,000L$ (sponsorships) = 37,000L$

That’s a total of : 136,726L$ linden dollars or 455$ US dollars

Expenses and deductions

Of course, not all are in lindens like the Google Ads and the ReviewMe reviews. I just converted them to linden dollars equivalent to show that you can earn as much as that through blogging about Second Life. In-world, I currently have a remaining of 36,000L$ lindens for this month. From that 36,000L$ I still have to deduct 5,000L$ for the Wicked Blog Contest (the other 5,000L$ will be from Casa Del Shai). The other expenses are to the weekly 500L$ contest, land rentals, leisure, clothes, props to the music video and payment to services like the extra actors, photographers etc…

Looks like most of my visitors are new to SL

I signed up to Google analytics 2 weeks ago and this is the stats for the 2 weeks. It seems like majority of my visitors are new and I can probably say, new to Second life as well. For me, that’s a good thing. I just hope they come back and see more ways and tips on making money in SL and earning free lindens. Also, this stats will be good for those who are interested to advertise and order a review at Chino Yray dot Com.
