4th day of Christmas, A grandson gave to his Grand Mother…

  • Do you like this?

Happy Birthday Grand Ma! Yep! Today, my Grand Ma turns 76 years old; born December 16, 2007. And since she’s been the one taking care of me since I was a baby whenever my parents are out working in their office, I gave her a very special gift earlier. However, I want it to be more special and better.

300L$ each for the 5 best greetings

The task is simple, just reply to this post with your greeting to my Grand Ma. I don’t want an essay or a whole article. I just want a simple yet unique and special greeting that I can add to my gift and tell her…

"Lola, here’s my other gift with some greetings from people around the world"

Now that is something! Also, I don’t want to limit it to just 300L$ of course. The best greeting will receive an additional 200L$ making it 500L$ to the best greeting everrrrr!

Remember, the greeting should be posted here as a reply / comment. Also, don’t forget to include your full Second Life name so I’ll know where to send the lindens.

Well, Chino, first of all, nice website/blog. I’m definitely bookmarking this site. Now, on the greeting part:

“A Grand Ma is so much more than family,
you are so much more than the one who took care of me,
so much more than my friend,
so much more than anything I can think of.

I’ve told the world about you and they give their best regards but I hope I can top that with a simple ‘I love you’”

I hope this is more or less what you hoped to have in a greeting. MY kind regards and best of wishes to you and your Grand Ma.

Before I forget in SL I am Rigor Maynard. Hope to meet you virtually once.

My congratulations to your grand mother for reaching her 76th birthday. My best wishes that she sees many more.

It is also nice that as a grand son, you care enough and grateful enough to want to share this great day with all of us. It is rare now a days and you are a role model who I hope many of your younger readers will follow.

On my birthday, I always think of the Dr. Seuss poem about time:

How did it get so late so soon,
    It’s night before it’s afternoon.
    December’s here before it’s June.
My Goodness, how the time has flewn!

Happiest of Birthdays to you Lola!!, from Atanta, Georgia, USA.

Birthdays are for honoring those who have made our lives better, simply by sharing theirs with us. There is no greater gift that a grandmother’s love.

Let me add to that. As a new grandmother this year (my granddaughter is 10 months old) there is also no greater gift that a grandchild. God bless you both.

Assuming you will look back at this again Lola, Chino has a warm heart, and a generous nature. With those, your holiday should be fantastic. All the best wishes.
