SLPay – Does it really pay?

  • Do you like this?

I was searching the web for new ways of earning free lindens and I stumbled on this site called . Joining gives an instant 5L$. It’s not that big but if you’re used to , then 5L$ for only like 1 minute of your time is big enough.

I checked in-world if they will give the lindens instantly but it seems they will put it first to your account on the site.

Earnings!

Getting Lindens

There’s the free 5L$ for signing up. How to claim? There’s a redemption center link in the account. I believe clicking that will send the lindens to you in-world but you must first have at least 100L$ to get them. Although as of now, I’m not sure how to transfer those lindens in-world or they will pay you manually just like what is doing.

There’s also a referral system for which is vague. “3 Referral Levels: 25%, 10%, 5%” I think though that this is the percentage from the earnings your referral made. It would be better if they just pay you for referring someone like what does.

Lack of information

The site is very vague. This is the very first thing I noticed. For a newbie, may become a little confusing. However, if you’re used to something like this already, then this is still .

I’ve talked with the owner of this service and he assured me that he would pay and he is very interested in more peaple to join. I think it can be a nice service.

I am very skeptical of that statement. I am also a frequent visitor to paid to click site and the morality rates of those sites is high. They do not last for a few month and even the better one often cut their payout rate to survive

The only saving grace for this site is the relative low monetary value of lindens

I’ll try this out I guess..I just hope I won’t have to fill out any more of those surveys o.o it’s like saying they’ll pay you and then linking out to other surveys…

So is this similar to MyPoints in RL where you get credits just for viewing the info and more credits if you “do” or “sign up” for whatever the item is?

If you aren’t familiar with MyPoints please ask me for a referral so I get credit too!

Bingo. It is a paid to click site where you click an ad and wait for the site to credit you some money

I checked it out and it seems to be a site centered around clicking banners on a web page. I was hoping maybe it was something that was in-world that I could pay to have people come to my shop for a while. Ah well. I thought I’d try to get 100 L$ and surf for a while, but found that I could only earn 4 L$. It seems there are only 4 advertisers in all. First click went to a site with advertisements of a nude woman.

ah well that stinks – $4L isn’t worth it at this time.

At least you do not have to spend 20 minutes earning 4L. U earn them like in 4 minutes. They should be consider passive, slow and steady income. They do not get you rich unless you keep refering people

I just registered now. Now i have to wait for a survey, right?
I had a bad experience with First Opinion Panel.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with First Opinion – I have done well so far with them but nothing to really brag about LOL!

I did find a place where you add a place to your fav and they pay monthly too which was a quick and easy $250 and I can get it once a month. 24 hours time requirement but you don’t have to do anything special like be online a certain amount of time or anything. Contact me in world if you want more info.

Let me guess, it has something to do with adding a pick of the place to your own profile, right?

Thanks for the link. I’ll sign up today. I made US$2.48 in my first week in Second Life which I consider a fair start. I hope to improve this once I become more familiar with the world.

For guy who are interested, the average number of ads as of 3-3-2008 is only a pathetic 3. But it is just a start. Hope the site owner get more advertister soon

I think SLPay is pretty lame. They are good
at reminding you that your account is inactive
and that they will give you the boot if you fail to log-in.So,I do.I click a few,and wait for the next reminder. I should be able to cash in around the year 2018 at this rate.LOL.
