Simple… She has to have some available time to post here and time to read the other posts. When i won the Top Commentator, i had some available time to read the old posts, available time to write new posts and answer to another posts.

Ugh, my blog posts don’t create pingback >_>, and I don’t find it proper to comment on older posts just to get postcount +1
But it works in that way… you can find some good comments in older posts with a big diference on date between the post and the answer and it isn’t done just for a postcount +1, the answers make all sense.

There have been worse cases. I remember the winner needing a hundred plus post to win in the past
I enjoy reading th eolder posts when I have time since there is still useful information to be found. Especially for those of us who haven’t been in world long enough. Plus check the links of people’s names to their sites for more interesting reading and info. It is a never ending cycle so be prepared to spend some time in the blog world. When I do this at home I set myself up in SL camping somewhere so I earn money while I read LOL!
